finished the indie short i was designing this weekend. it was a really fun gig and everything looked great. reminded me of the first show i was ever on. it also reminded me that film making can be fun :) something i had forgotten a long time ago.

it's the 2005 vespa px...limited edition...#265 out of 350. the last geared two stoke scooter vespa imported to canada. we got it as our "reliable" scoot...and one we can double on. i already have a buyer for the jazz.

worst rally weekend...opening day

last night was the opening of the vancouver rally. the rain held off for the night... unfortuately today was basically rained out. hopefully tomorrow w'll fair better.

something bad in the air

i talked to so many people yesterday who had a bad day.....not sure if there was something going on with the moon or what....but mine was crap too.

my morning started off with finding my car had been broken into....broken glass everywhere. my ipod, garage clicker and old blackberry missing along with most of my phone numbers!

anyway the day went from there and basically never got any better.

i woke of this morning feeling so incredibly tired...i could barely get threw my day. hopefully tomorrow will be better. at least it is friday!!

gandhi, paris and a 300lb tooth fairy

it's been a crazy few weeks at work...that's for sure.

last episode we had gandhi, abraham lincoln and james dean (look-a-likes) and paris hilton (the real thing).

so i spent alot of time looking for gandhi's sandals, paris's size 11.5 shoes. i think it's pretty funny that one of her fav's were a hot pink man made number coming from a store frequented by transvestites and strippers...dare to wear. rhinestone tiara's and negotiating deals with over priced designer labels was also occupying much of my days these few weeks. in the end i made her a rhinestone and taffeta headband to match her teal betsy johnson dress and it looked stunning. i suppose that's a feather in my cap being that she's so famous and all...although i won't be able to get a picture of it on her. her people wont let us take any pictures. so i'll have to get a shot of the SPFX head that they made since they're cutting her head off. that should be good for the old portfolio.

now were on to the next eposode...and strangely enough i am once again looking for tiara's...this time for a 300lb tooth fairy...hmmmmm
