Vancouver's housing boom is insane. For those of you how don’t live here.....A place like mine in a crappy part of town sells for $290,000...that’s an apartment , 850sq ft. If I still lived in Toronto I would own by now..but I don’t......and I just don’t believe the bottom won’t fall out of the market.
So, my landlord is jumping on the band wagon and selling this place and I’m packing up my bags and moving...don’t know where yet.
Anyone know of a place for rent??? Hardwood floors where I can play my music loud and dance in the middle of the night?!
