so far....

so i meet with kim this evening

wow...as the rest of us were out there getting old... kim somehow managed to skip all that and looks the same.

it's like someone froze the hands of time...but only for her. not in a weird time capsule way either...she looks completely modern...her hair and clothes are different...but her person seems the same. its nice to see that some people change but at the same time...not change.

we had a great dinner and conversation at a local french place. the editor.i had frois gras...i had to...i'm in paris after all. ...and some decadent chocolate dessert that we shared. i didn't really get any good pics, it was a bit dark...tomorrow.

kim reminded me of a few things...the artists way...which i started long ago...that i wanted to take tai chi...thinking about my dreams...i like that about her...she's great to talk with on any subject and you don't feel that she is not judging you in anyway. just genuine conversation. it's a rarity. hey...and she was born in st louis!! which i had totally forgotten!

away tomorrow it's up early...ok kind of...for cafe and croissant!
....so far i love paris
